Reservations can be made by a letter from the company, e-mail, telephone or fax; and are kept for 24 hours until the booking, unless the first night is guaranteed.

2 .- No Show Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed. If guests do not arrive to the hotel on the day of the reservation, there will be a "No show" (no arrival) charge for the first night of the confirmed rate.
3 .- Cancelation Policy
If cancellation of a booking is made within ten days prior to the established date and before 24 hours are up, a 50% extra charge will be applied to the reservation. If the cancellation of a reservation is done on the same day, a 100% extra charge of the value of the first night will be applied.
4 .- Day Use Policy
This service only applies from Monday to Friday, and the cost is the 50% of the rate.
5 .- Registration and Check-Out
Check-in time is at 14h00 and the Check-out time is at 12h00.
A check-out extension is also possible depending on room availability and it will cost an additional 30% until 20h00.
6 .- Group Policies
6.1 .- Deadline
For stays of more than five days, you must notify 30 days before arrival. No cancellations will be accepted after this time.
6.2 .- Guest List: It is important that we receive a guest list 15 days before arrival.
7 .- Child Policy
Children under 5 years old can stay with their parents in the same room at no additional cost. Only one minor will be allowed per room.
